Questions we are askedTen questions about AI transformation advisory

The questions we hear most often in the first conversation. Every answer comes in the first sentence.

Your systems and tools

We have only just moved to an ERP system. Are you going to build something from scratch on top of it?

No. The ERP stays as the base. We look at the steps around it: which still run by hand, and which have no owner.

Should we finish settling the ERP first and look at this afterwards?

There is no need. Discovery runs while the system is settling. When the system is ready, the plan is ready too.

We use Microsoft Copilot. What is different about your work?

The difference is deciding what the tool should do. We set who owns that task and how it is measured. We do not sell a competing tool.

We have someone building software for us. Can you support them where their capability runs out?

We do not take over the code, but we decide together what gets built: which task is worth building, who owns it and how it connects to the systems you already run.

The work itself

Can you train our team on AI?

Yes, in two ways. Workshop is a general training day. Training built on your own workflows is part of Transformation.

We have taken consultancy before. A report arrived and it stayed on the shelf. Why would this be different?

Because every line of the plan carries a name, a cost and a date. A plan with owners does not stay on the shelf.

How quickly do we see a result?

The plan is in your hands at the end of the fourth week. What follows depends on the route; we do not promise a figure.

Data, dependency and visibility

We do not want our data leaving the company. Is this work compatible with that?

Yes. The work is about processes, roles and decisions. Where data has to be looked at, we look at it where it sits.

Do we become dependent on you when this is finished?

No. In Training the work ends when your team runs the plan without us. In Operations the handover is written at the start.

How does AI recommend us? A competitor comes up first when we search.

It becomes part of the plan. AI assistants recommend companies they can identify clearly: the same name everywhere, and plain answers published on your own site.

One piece of writing a month.

Once a month we write about what we see inside companies, and that writing is for the people who make the decision. There are no product announcements, and there is never a newsletter about the newsletter.
