Anthifel

Stone steps, worn by use, climbing in one direction

What we do

Anthifel is an AI transformation advisory. We work on the part of AI that is not technical: the sequence of decisions, the people who have to make them, and how an organisation absorbs the result.

An AI decision starts in one department and reaches brand, finance and operations within weeks. Companies slow down there, and not from reluctance. They are walking the road for the first time, and so is everyone else.

Anthifel's readiness measurement runs across five dimensions and nineteen criteria; every criterion is scored against evidence, not self-report.

The name

Anthifel comes from the Greek anthropos: human. The hardest part of AI has never been the machines. It is the people who use them, lead them, and decide what they are for.

Anthifel

Who runs it

Eray Dengiz, founder of Anthifel

The firm was founded in London in 2026 by Eray Dengiz. He has worked with around three hundred companies across sectors on the digital side and with close to a thousand people in finance and media, run a company's sale and investment process, built operations abroad, and led AI transformations in Turkey. The method comes from that working life, spent building companies and leading the teams inside them: transformation is carried by people, and the sequence they move in decides whether it holds.

He works directly with leadership teams. There is no account layer between the client and the person doing the work.

If that is the kind of partnership you are looking for, we would be glad to talk.
