Anthifel Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17411895, registered office Unit 501 Leroy House, 434-436 Essex Road, London N1 3FY, United Kingdom. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

What this policy covers
This policy covers personal data we collect through our website and in the course of providing our consultancy services. It does not cover other companies' websites we link to.

The AI Readiness Assessment. We do not store your individual answers — ever. If you ask us to send you the result, we store your email address, your consent record, and the overall result and band, so that we can send it and show what you agreed to.
We do not make automated decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not profile you.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Where we get your data from
From you. You give it to us when you contact us, ask for something, or work with us.
Where we ever hold information about you that did not come from you directly, we will tell you at the first point we contact you — what we hold, where it came from, and how to object.

We use service providers who process personal data on our behalf, under contract, and only on our instructions:

We also share personal data where we are required to by law, or with our professional advisers where necessary.
Sending data outside the UK
Three of the providers above are United States companies: Squarespace, Resend and Google. Google appears twice — our own mailboxes and forms, and analytics — and analytics data is processed in the United States.
For those transfers we rely on the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which certified US organisations are treated as providing an adequate level of protection. Where a provider is not certified under it, we put a separate transfer agreement in place before any personal data is sent.
Analytics is the one transfer you can switch off. If you decline analytics, no data about your visit is sent to Google at all — the transfer does not happen rather than happening under a mechanism.
We do not always control which country a provider processes data in. Our Google Workspace subscription tier does not offer a data region setting, so we cannot promise that data stays in a particular place. What the transfer mechanism protects is the level of protection your data receives, not its location — that protection travels with the data wherever the provider processes it.
You can ask us which mechanism applies to a particular provider and we will tell you.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- have it corrected if it is wrong
- have it deleted in certain circumstances
- restrict how we use it in certain circumstances
- receive it in a portable format, where we rely on your consent or on a contract
- object to our use of it where we rely on legitimate interests — including, at any time and for any reason, to our use of it for direct marketing
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent. Withdrawing it does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it
To exercise any of these, write to [email protected]. We will respond within one month. There is no charge.
Unsubscribing is always available from a link in every marketing email, and we do not ask you for a reason.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function, including the record of the cookie choice you make. These do not need your consent — without the record of your answer we would have to ask you again on every visit.
We ask for your consent before setting any other cookie, including analytics. Until you answer, nothing analytics-related is loaded at all — no request is sent to Google and nothing is written to your device. If you decline, the site works normally, we remember that you declined, we do not ask again, and any older analytics cookies are removed. You simply are not measured.
Your choice lasts six months, after which we ask again. An expired answer is treated as no answer, not as a yes. You can change your mind at any time from the link in our site footer — withdrawing consent is exactly as easy as giving it.

Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, please tell us first at [email protected] — we would rather fix it.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk, without contacting us first.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will publish the new version here with a new version number and date. Where a change materially affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you directly.

Yukarıdaki sağlayıcılardan üçü Amerika Birleşik Devletleri şirketidir: Squarespace, Resend ve Google. Google listede iki kez geçiyor — kendi posta kutularımız ve formlarımız, bir de analitik — ve analitik verisi ABD'de işleniyor.

Çerezler ve analitik
Sitenin çalışması için kesinlikle gerekli çerezleri kullanıyoruz; verdiğiniz çerez kararının kaydı da bunlara dahildir. Bunlar rızanızı gerektirmez — cevabınızın kaydı olmasa her ziyarette size aynı soruyu yeniden sormak zorunda kalırdık.
Analitik dahil diğer her çerez için önceden rızanızı isteriz. Siz cevap verene kadar analitikle ilgili hiçbir şey yüklenmez — Google'a tek bir istek gitmez, cihazınıza hiçbir şey yazılmaz. Reddederseniz site normal çalışır, reddettiğinizi hatırlarız, size tekrar sormayız ve varsa eski analitik çerezleri silinir. Sadece ölçülmezsiniz.
Tercihiniz altı ay geçerlidir, sonra yeniden sorarız. Süresi geçmiş bir cevap "evet" değil, "cevapsız" sayılır. Fikrinizi site altbilgisindeki bağlantıdan istediğiniz zaman değiştirebilirsiniz — rızayı geri almak, vermek kadar kolaydır.
