TWO WAYS ON

Transformation

After Discovery we determine which of the two routes is right.

The decision itself

Training

Your team takes on the implementation, and we transfer the method required to run it. The transfer is carried out over the plan written in week four, and it uses your own workflows rather than worked examples.

This is not a general training programme, it is the adaptation of your own business. The general programme is Workshop

It concludes when your team has run a section of the plan without us in the room.

Operations

We manage the process from the inside, integrated with your team. The meeting rhythm and the roles are fixed rather than rotating, and the same people attend each week. Where a position needs to be filled, we complete the team together with you.

The method runs for six to twelve months, because a change made in less time does not outlast the person who introduced it.

The engagement ends in the way it began, according to plan. The handover is written before it is required.

Why six to twelve months

The length is not a lock. It is the interval over which a change ceases to depend on the person who introduced it.

The purpose of the commitment is to protect the work rather than the invoice. If the work ceases to be the right work, it should stop.

Who this is not for

This work is not right in three situations.

  • It is not right where a plan does not yet exist. Discovery precedes it
  • It is not right where the work has no owner on your side. If no name is attached to it, it will not survive our departure.
  • It is not right where the team has not been told that this is happening.

Thirty minutes, and we will tell you which of the two we consider right for your company.
